I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff who, despite the language barrier, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met—returning my forgotten earpods without hesitation. The heating and air conditioning worked flawlessly, creating a perfect atmosphere throughout my stay. the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch, making me feel truly pampered. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its unique charm, exceptional service, and remarkable amenities that cater to every traveler's needs.
